Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We have a no-hassle return policy. If you are unhappy for any reason feel free to return the item. There are no restocking fees and no return shipping fees (as long as you use our freely provided shipping label). You’ll need the receipt, proof of purchase, or an return authorization number.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@voomwa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Restocking fees / right to refuse return
Our policy is to not charge restocking fees or refuse any legitimately returned product. However, in the event of exceptional circumstances, such as obviously negligent packing of returned items (such as but not limited too, leaving out all padding, placing items in plastic envelopes with no padding when they were originally shipped in a box with padding, or placing items in an oversized box with no padding), incorrectly returned item, missing accessories, obvious signs of tampering with the goods (such as but not limited to removing plastic housings, shaving or cutting off pieces, sticking gum to the product, spilling soda, food or other contaminates on the product, etc.), removal of parts, or other types of tampering / fraud we reserve the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee so as to facilitate repair at our discretion.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Non-working items. We can easily exchange a non-working unit for a working unit. This is often the fastest way to get you up and running. And don't worry, we always extend any applicable warranties from the date you receive the replacement, automatically.
Wrong item purchased. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Financial institutions typically process refunds in 1 to 3 days depending on various factors.
